And also at the wedding

I took this photo of Nicky Byrne at David and Gemma's wedding a few weeks ago in Durrow Castle. I thought he looked great in his beige suit.

Markree Castle

Last weekend I shot a wedding in Markree Castle in Co. Sligo. Vicky and Andrew were staying in the castle and had the marriage ceremony in the old Chapel there, so the whole day was marvelously contained - giving loads of time for great photos. Their little boy Sebastian stole the show as can be seen in the picture below (yes that is the wedding bouquet!) and the sun shone for the whole day.

There was sunshine once!

I decided to upload images from this weddings, that I shot a few weeks ago to remind myself that there is sunshine sometime, even though on a day like this (its rained all day) it is easy to forget!

It was in Durrow Castle and the sun shone for the entire day - amazing! The roses are particularly spectacular at this time as well.

                                                                                           

Beautiful Church Pictures

The lighting in churches can be tricky, but they also give the opportunity to capture gorgeously atmospheric shots and it doesnt matter if it is pouring rain outside!

These were taken recently in Holy Trinity Church, Killiney the venue was Fitzpatricks Castle two minutes down the road.
